How it all started
“The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence; it is to act with yesterday’s logic” – Peter Drucker
During the unprecedented early months of COVID-19 pandemic many patients, including heart failure patients and post-acute coronary syndrome patients across the world, were unable to receive the necessary medical attention from their healthcare professionals, because most of the healthcare systems in the world were simply inundated with COVID-19 patients. The MedCor4U app solution was born due to the urgent medical necessities of all patients including COVID-19 patients.
We have created a secure telemonitoring system which connect patients and their vital signs directly to their healthcare professional Electronic Health Records (EHR). To ensure that this happens in a secure and seamless manner various types of of backend connectivity protocols are applied.
We followed a strict criteria to select only clinically approved, high quality home monitoring devices such as contactless thermometers, blood pressure, saturation and body composition monitors. The result is MedCor4U mobile based application with secure connectivity to various devices and at the same time user friendly.
Mission
Our mission is to give patients more control and insight into their health by using our core product the MedCor4U app, while reducing pressure on the healthcare system.
The MedCor4U app supports patients to receive guideline-based therapies at home using clinically approved monitoring devices, connecting their vitals to your EHR in a secure way.

Sustainability
It’s time to make healthcare more sustainable. Inhabitants of the Netherlands live on average 10.6km (round trip) from the nearest hospital. By using MedCor4U patients with chronic diseases such as heart failure, COPD and hypertension can easily measure and track their measurements at home.
Not only does this reduce CO2 emissions, it also saves time for the healthcare professionals and saves patients travel time. With MedCor4U we give patients more control over their own health and time.
